>>107351 Holy worshipable hime cut booba. This reminds me that Succubus In Wonderland and Succubus Puttel apparently got minor updates. Also, is there a link for 62studio's latest anniversary free game anywhere?
>>107931 >This reminds me that Succubus In Wonderland and Succubus Puttel apparently got minor updates SiW got a new girl with a scene because they couldn't fit her in Demon in Wonderland anymore, kek
>>107951 >SiW got a new girl with a scene because they couldn't fit her in Demon in Wonderland anymore, kek Wait what
>>107951 I remember reading something like that in the f95 thread but the source was just "someone from discord said so". Hoping that someone uploads the latest version.
Interesting looking game i found on itch. It's a Nikke clone. Haven't checked it out yet, but could be cute. https://aplovestudio.itch.io/aggro
Finished Married into Hell and it was extremely mid. Badly translated, boring gameplay and scenes with retouched AI art. Only halfway interesting character was this goat.
GROYS! MY CHILDREN ARE YOURS! I don't even care about the condom necklace.

>>108401 Demon in Wonderland
Somebody mentioned HDoom in the general thread. Just played Unholy Realms with it and DRLA loaded on top (in this order, the reverse won't let you use the DRLA classes). Crawling the corridors of an asteroid outpost infested with sexy MGs, blasting them with non-lethal nanomachic plasma rifles and fucking the downed ones for +10 HP can be really fun sometimes. >be Anon Incognitus, talented engineer-magician >transmigrate into a world of sexy MGs with nothing but your modded gun, which can be anything from a crappy side-kick to a powerful starting weapon >your weapons can't hurt MGs but can still kill any other menacing threat (e.g. arachnotron babies which remain as monsters) >imps whine and bitch as you get through the maps, launching blue balls at you >they still drop weapons equivalent to those carried by their counterparts, sometimes it's rare ones like handcannons which can be disassembled into a modpack >guess you aren't so upset by their bitchy nature, especially when they smooch you while leglocking you while providing you their energy >pinkies trying to karate-chop you while you blast them into submission with a high-power laser rifle >pain elementals and arachnotrons still have unaltered appearance (shame shame, could've replaced aracho-babies with spider-girl underlings) >could've made cacos into flying cyclopean gargoyles shooting lightning, but nooooo >the cyber could've also been a mech housing a succubus and the same is with the spidermistress >still, you couldn't say no to that helldame that got horny after you pumped her with your Nanomachic Missile Launcher >especially when you're low on HP and need a quickie to restore your energy I just wish it would've worked with DRPG too.
How would you see a game with monster girls if it were an classic, base building RTS?
>>109084 Stellaris but with MGs instead of gross aliens.
>>109132 There are already mods for that.
>>109084 Probably something like warcraft or warlords battlecry. At that point you're just reskinning the monsters.
would unity be a good engine to develop monster girls games? I always used to think the nips used rpgmaker because it was more discreet but just recently learned it was because they're lazy coders kek.
>>109148 Plenty of 3D mg games are on unity. Also some on unreal engine and I heard godot matured enough to be viable for 3D games but I've yet to see a 3D game on it, just 2D ones. Keep in mind developing a game on proper engine is a big undertaking, much more complex than the usual renpy/rpg maker stuff.
>>109148 Unity is a poor choice. Besides some anons complaining about it being "poorly optimized" (like a 2008 game was about to burn through a then-top rate GPU made almost ten years later, not sure if it's relevant any more) there's the issue of Unity Corp. always trying to screw its customers. Remember the scandal with Unity licensing/fee changes a couple years ago as a great example. You might want to use Unreal Engine or one of the GPL/MIT licensed ones. Of the latter, Torque is a good choice. https://torque3d.org/ Extensively documented and packs enough features to build a game of decent quality. Cube Engine 2 might also interest you if you aren't a "lazy coder" (you'll have to fuck with the engine code to make new entities such as NPCs or guns). The engine has a convenient and easy to use map maker. Or you can just use UZDoom. >rpgmaker RPG Maker is a Japanese engine made primarily for Japanese people with Japanese mentality in mind. It's simple and easy to use, but in return it offers only limited features. Every RPGMaker game I've played is extremely boring and repetitive, even MGQ suffers from that. If you plan on something significantly more complicated than a VN / simple top-down adventure with limited gameplay, you'll want a different engine instead.
>>109148 I wouldn't recommend Unity. In 2023 they tried to screw the developer community by extorting money from them for anybody downloading their game. Then there's that Unity might be simply excessive for you if you just want a lightweight MG-themed game. All those features eat through resources and it's sometimes a pain on the CPU/GPU, years ago I played a simple 2D game (Hentai Girl Division) and it loaded my then-high-end Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti enough so it heated up to 65 degrees. (That's comparable to Fallout 4 on ultra settings.) If you don't plan on using the full range of the engine capacities, you might want to use something like Delta3D or (if it's a 2D game) Godot. Might use GameMaker if you're willing to fork over money for this.
>dude, just use this {obscure engine with little tutorials or assets} engine because Unity bad Yes, we need more abandoned v0.0.0.1 monster girl games
>>109288 Unreal Engine is not obscure. And most of those engines are documented well enough. Stop being a nigger.
>>109288 >I'm not a corpo-nigger shilling for a company with known issues! I'm just here to offer my pointless jab at people giving advice to a beginner game maker. >>109148 Anything but Unity, anon. The biggest issue with them is that they can screw you randomly (like they did with the per-download royalties) and, like the other anon said, that it might be a bit too much for you.
>>109289 I wasn't talking about UE, anything except Unity, UE or godot for this kind of project are /g/ schizo meme answers and one only needs to look at which engines actually released monster girl games use to realize it.
>>109293 >anything except Unity, UE or godot for this kind of project are /g/ schizo meme answers Yes, that's a very useful and reputable answer as it is based on nothing but calling people "schizos" without any reason. Here's your Awesome Argument Sticker award.
>Unity I've always had a bad feeling about it. There's that mentioned incident when they tried to fuck their user base in 2023, too. Probably you should look for other engines or even make your own.
>>109273 Rimworld isn't too heavy on resources even though it's on Unity. Neither is Koikatu. The problem is, most likely, the lazy developers who don't bother with fine-tuning the engine before shipping the game with suitable settings and options.
I do agree the stunt unity pulled was retarded. I still find it the most attractive thing to use. Ive been planning to make a game that is something of a successor to Femdom University. Ive always liked the game, despite how shit it was. and thought I could do a lot better with some inspirations from it. if anyone here played it could you share thoughts on it?
>>109616 >Femdom university Haven't played it, but by the looks of it, you'll have to learn 3d modelling too. Don't underestimate the ammount of effort you need to put to make a game, coding, assets are a huge undertaking. If you're serious about that, i'd recommend starting with something very small. And i mean very small, like a one scene game inside a small room. That way you can lear unity scripting and 3d modelling, having a small start helps you have a reachable goal and not get overwhelmed.
>>109621 >coding This is much easier now with claude being insanely good at coding or even being general technical help, the difficult part is resisting the urge of going all the way and using AIslop for art too.
>>109622 Sure, but using claude to code without learning how to code yourself is going to quickly accumulate technical debt. Good for quick projects you're never going to touch again, horrible if you want to do a larger project and you realize there's 500 bugs and you have no idea how your code works.
>>109624 >accumulate technical debt You are much more likely to run into that problem trying to code yourself from scratch. It's a good learning experience of course, but if anon just wants to make a game about his monster girl fetish, he's much better off using AI to at least assist him. The great thing about them is that you can use them interactively and discuss their proposed solutions or ask about general concepts, you don't have to blindly vibecode.
>>109621 I already know 3d modeling. and I basically finished the coding systems. for me the coding part was the most daunting, but yeah, I got a lot of help from AI on that. my programming skills are not very advanced so it helped a lot. and >>109622 I have 0 plans for doing AI art. Im experienced in 3d modeling and have done digital art as a hobby for like the past decade. I really do still have a lot left, but Im not going in blind.
>>109821 Sounds like a better plan than 90% of people trying to make a new monster girl game, good luck and don't be afraid to share progress once you have something to show.
>>109621 >>109622 Both Unity and Unreal Engine have what is called "visual scripting" (correspondingly Bolt and Blueprints). These are probably what the game dev is going to be working with, anyway. >the ammount of effort you need to put to make a game Depends on what kind of a game we're talking about. The more original content and mechanics it would contain, the more work needs to be done. A lot of indies I saw out there develop their games step-by-step and release those intermediate steps (alphas, betas, even tech demos) to the public long before the game would be complete and reach at least 1.0 version (if ever!)

>>107351 Hollowwald came out the other day. It’s getting a fan translation already too, should be done within a couple months since the translator’s pretty fast. https://bsky.app/profile/racra-translations.bsky.social
>>109870 I'm going to laugh when Thirst TL is released along with Hollowwald TL. Seems like Thirst translator only works on his TL an hour a week, every other week.
So I beat Search of my Maid withing a Book and... that's it? Has anyone confirmed if there is a true end or expanded ending? I liked that they went far in the Bad Ends giving everyone dedicated passage through days and interactions but good end is just the MC goes back to every day life, always fucking the maid and the Queen ominously noting with all the EXP accumulated so far he is now changed and will always be vulnerable to succs. All that indicated this isn't over yet but there is nothing I find to do else.
