Nobody fucking cares what does some jap think on generative AI art.
>but what if my pictures are being used for AI training?
It's perfect time for people to realize one truth.
When you willingly, knowingly publish information, you waive all ownership of what you have communicated. All those "intellectual property" concepts are bollocks and they exist only for lazy, greedy, control-hungry fucks who either
1. Are too lazy to keep innovating and delivering new products to the market, as it should be in a healthy capitalist society, and instead want to exploit the same old design for unlimited profits. Those people are afraid that someone else copies their design and uses their labor and resources to create something similar and profits off it, creating healthy competition, so they use atrocious market regulations to keep the $$$ flowing without interruption by artifically suppressing other enterpreneurs.
or
2. want to dictate what other people can and cannot say. This is less relevant for the U.S. thanks to the fair use laws (greatly limiting the ability of an author to restrain others) but for Japan, and its strict copyright laws, it's very relevant.
>but AI uses others' works to generate art!
People often learn from others, as well. A lot of people tried to emulate KC's drawing style and he never complained. Nobody did. But, now it's a machine doing the same, and everybody loses their shit.
>but but guro ntr etc etc.
Anon, if guro and ntr exists in any meaningful quantity, means there's a demand for that. The real issue is whether it causes actual damage to actually existing beings or not. Do you or anything you hold dear suffer from some jackass drawing a picture of a married mamono getting railed by someone other than her hubby? No? Then what's the deal. They can build an isolated MGE NTR community and jerk off to their fantasies long as they don't hurt anyone who doesn't consent to their BS fetishes. (And don't force their wishes on them, of course.)
>would KC object to the creation of monster girl AI chatbot characters, like an AI girlfriend using
He can object all he wants, he can't do anything about it. Fair use.
